Superbetin Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering an account on, or using the Superbetin platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of Superbetin, including registered account holders and casual visitors.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Superbetin. Continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To use Superbetin you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Each individual may hold only one Superbetin account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If you already hold an account and attempt to register a second one, both accounts may be suspended and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

Superbetin will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. • One account per person, household, device, and payment method.
• All account information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Superbetin may require identity verification documents before allowing withdrawals.
• You must notify Superbetin of any changes to your registered details promptly.

All deposits and withdrawals on Superbetin are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Superbetin supports the following payment methods for Pakistan players:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals directly to your JazzCash number.
• Easypaisa – fast PKR transfers via your registered Easypaisa account.
• Raast – interbank instant transfers via Pakistan's national payment system.
• Bank Transfer – standard transfers to all major Pakistani banks.
• Cards & Mobile Wallets – debit and credit card transactions and additional mobile wallet options.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your verified account details. Superbetin does not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, with VIP members receiving priority processing based on their tier.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. Superbetin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

All bets placed on Superbetin are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market. General betting rules applicable across all markets are as follows:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed — the odds at confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Superbetin specifically offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for that market.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport. In most cases, bets on cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket bets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and domestic matches — are subject to cricket-specific settlement rules. In T20 matches, a minimum number of overs must be completed for most markets to be settled.
• Live betting markets close automatically when results become known. Any bets accepted after a result is known, whether due to technical error or any other reason, will be voided.
• Superbetin reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical or human error.

Superbetin offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance or associated wagering requirements not completed before the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, using someone else's account, or any form of bonus abuse will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all related balances.
• Superbetin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance. Real-money funds are used first in all gameplay unless stated otherwise. Any disputes regarding bonus calculations or settlement should be raised with Superbetin support within 7 days of the relevant event.

The Superbetin VIP Programme rewards consistent players with enhanced benefits across four tiers: Standard, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression through the tiers is based on your wagering activity on the platform.

• VIP tier status is reviewed on a regular basis. Failure to maintain the required activity level may result in a tier downgrade at the next review period.
• VIP benefits — including priority withdrawals, higher cashout limits, and exclusive offers — apply from the date of tier upgrade and remain in place for the duration of the tier period.
• VIP status is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be gifted, sold, or shared with another account holder.
• Superbetin reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits, and the structure of the programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Superbetin. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud and misrepresentation – providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Multiple accounts – registering more than one account for yourself or registering accounts on behalf of others to exploit offers.
• Bonus abuse – any systematic attempt to exploit promotional offers, including through collusion with other players.
• Arbitrage and matched betting – placing bets designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome in a way that exploits pricing errors or promotional terms.
• Use of bots or automated tools – any software, script, or tool that automates betting, account interaction, or data scraping on the platform.
• Exploitation of errors – deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or any technical fault on the platform.
• Collusion – coordinating with other players in casino or live games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering – using the platform to process or conceal funds from illegal activity. Superbetin complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.

Superbetin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more). Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in your account dashboard.
• At the account holder's own request.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at Superbetin's discretion following investigation. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after identity confirmation.

If you wish to close your account, please contact Superbetin support. Self-exclusion requests are also handled through the responsible gaming section of the platform and result in account suspension for the requested duration.

All content on the Superbetin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, and interface design — is the property of Superbetin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from Superbetin without prior written permission. Use of the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes is permitted in accordance with these Terms.
